How do you like me now?

I looked in the mirror for the first time the other day and noticed that I am pretty much bald. You'd think that my true friends would have told me this before it turned into the embarrassing situation that it has now become, but alas, I was left to discover this on my own. Thankfully, though, I found out about hair replacement surgery and decided to have the procedure done. What do you think?
